- Abstract
I will introduce various scattering amplitude techniques that are used to solve problems in classical general relativity, with emphases on effective field theory matching and observable based formalism. I will demonstrate that scattering amplitudes provide a novel perspective in understanding subtleties like spinning objects, memory effect and BMS transformations.
